Supply/demand imbalance in organic market persists, USDA Survey reports

The USDA has released the findings of its 2015 Certified Organic Survey and found that while organic sales increased 13% over the previous year, the number of organic farms only modestly increased (from 12,595 to 12,818). Read more here.
