Farmland LP acquires high-quality farmland, adds value through conversion to organic and permanent crops, and seeks to generate compelling risk-adjusted returns through active management, land appreciation, and increasing farm profitability. With our 17-year track record, $400 million in AUM, and more than 19,000 acres managed by our 45-person farm team, we offer investors the opportunity to participate in a strategy that pairs attractive financial returns with measurable improvements to the land that feeds future generations. Our mission is simple: build wealth by improving the land that feeds the world.
The Opportunity
Farmland LP is seeking a highly organized, service-oriented professional to lead our Client Service and Investor Relations function. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role serves as the primary point of contact for more than 1,800 investors and their advisors across multiple private investment funds. This is not a fundraising or sales position.
We are looking for someone who excels in delivering exceptional client service to investors. The ideal candidate is experienced in communicating with investors, managing details and implementing scalable processes and systems that improve both efficiencies and investor satisfaction. As our investor base continues to grow, this role will become increasingly important in helping the firm maintain a best-in-class investor experience while strengthening operational controls and reducing risk.
Why This Role Matters
Our investor relations and client service function supports more than 1,800 investors across multiple funds. As our investor base grows, investor servicing, reporting requirements, custodial management, transfers, and data management continue to expand. We are creating a dedicated role to provide clear ownership, accountability, and process excellence across the entire investor servicing function.
