Farmland funds are open to accredited investors, which we define as:

  1. Income of $200,000 or more per year (or $300,000 together with a spouse) in each of the prior two years, with reasonable expectations of the same for the current year.
  2. A net worth of more than $1 million, excluding your primary residence.

What is the minimum amount I can invest?

If you qualify as an accredited investor, our minimum investment is $100,000.
